If you wish to exchange products, this is possible within 14 days. For exchanges, please contact customer service.

Returning a product

You can return your product within 14 days of receipt without prior notice.  Or notify us within 14 days of receipt and then return within 14 days of this notification.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction (to the extent technically possible), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may delay repayment until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please return in the original packaging if reasonably possible. We also ask you to handle the products with care. If you go beyond what is necessary to assess the products, we may deduct the resulting depreciation from the amount to be refunded. Should damage occur, you will therefore be liable for the depreciation that has occurred. The return of undamaged items is necessary if you wish a full refund.

Return conditions

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should the product not be to your satisfaction, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product. To process your return smoothly, we kindly ask you to notify our customer service team. They will be able to answer all your questions and ensure that the return process is done correctly.

If it is a postal package, we would like to ask you to return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Visible signs of use or missing parts will delay the return process.

Is your package too large for regular mail? Then schedule an appointment with our customer service team to have the parcel collected. If you prefer to return the products yourself, the cost will be at your own expense.

Product delivered damaged

If a product is delivered damaged, please report the defect as soon as possible after discovery so that we can solve it for you. The complaint period is at least two months after discovery of the defect. You can report the damage or defect to our customer service by filling in the contact form and adding photos. You can also e-mail or e-mail the photos, stating your contact details. Our customer service department will contact you upon receipt of the report.

Product delivered incomplete

If a product is delivered incomplete, we will rectify this for you and make sure that the missing part is returned to you.


The refund period is within 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until return receipt unless you prove earlier that you have sent the products. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
